I lead iOS development for two corporate applications used by employees of large companies.

Own iOS architecture, technical design, task decomposition, and estimation.
Distribute work across the team, review code, and help developers with design and debugging.
Develop a modular Swift and SwiftUI architecture with shared code extracted into SPM packages.
Migrated the networking layer from Combine to Swift Concurrency (async/await), simplifying request chains, error handling, and cancellation.
Work with authentication, Keychain, WKWebView, HealthKit, WidgetKit, image caching, and corporate MDM integrations.
Own iOS release preparation, build configurations, and post-release stability.

Built an iOS application for insurance agents from scratch.

Worked as the sole iOS developer: chose the architecture and stack, integrated APIs, and shipped releases.
Built the interfaces in SwiftUI and designed the core user flows.
Implemented photo upload, compression, and processing with an emphasis on unreliable connections.
Implemented secure data transfer, network error handling, and maintained the app after launch.
