Garage helps you track maintenance. The decisions remain yours.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using Garage, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

2. What Garage is for

Garage is designed to store and organize vehicle maintenance information, including service orders, work, parts, expenses, mileage, reminders, and related records.

Garage is not a diagnostic service, official manufacturer documentation, or a substitute for professional vehicle maintenance. Reminders, forecasts, and recognized data are informational only. Use the vehicle manufacturer's documentation and qualified service professionals when making maintenance or safety decisions.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Garage may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features. The included features, subscription duration, and current price are shown in the app and in the App Store purchase interface before you confirm a purchase.

Payment and renewal are handled through your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it through Apple's subscription management. After cancellation, access remains available through the end of the current paid period as determined under Apple's applicable terms.

Garage does not directly process payment-card information or decide refunds. Billing, taxes, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the applicable Apple terms. When supported, eligible purchases can be restored through Restore Purchases in the app.

4. Changes to paid features

Garage may evolve over time, and individual features, interface elements, or the composition of subscription benefits may change. Material changes will be reflected in the app or these terms where required.

5. App license

Garage is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate end-user license agreement is provided for Garage, use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA for App Store applications.

6. Privacy

Garage is designed around on-device processing of service documents and user data. Details about data, permissions, and storage are described in the Garage Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Garage to violate applicable law, interfere with the app or Apple services, bypass purchase or subscription mechanisms, or obtain access to app features through methods not provided by Garage. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Data accuracy and availability

Document recognition, automatic classification, and maintenance reminders may contain errors. Keep and verify source documents before relying on recognized values.

Garage is provided as available. The developer does not guarantee that every feature will remain continuously available on every iOS version, device, or in every region.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss arising from vehicle operation or maintenance decisions made solely on the basis of Garage reminders, forecasts, or recognized data. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Garage, its subscriptions, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Where applicable law requires separate consent to material changes, that consent will be requested.
